Calories In Sushi

I love having sushi and I’m sure a lot of people indulge in it like just like me. Sushi probably represents one of the most celebrated Japanese exports to the world. Indulging in sushi does not mean you should let loose your waist line.

It helps to find out how much calories in sushi dishes. That way, you can have your favourite sushi meal and still lose weight in the process so long as you keep an eye on the calories.

Fat loss remains our ultimate goal here and most sushi diets are low in saturated fat, high in vitamin A & C but you’ve got to watch those salt levels as some of them can be high in sodium levels.
