Calories In Feta Cheese

I know a good number of people who love feta cheese but they often wonder whether this food item is a bad choice. Well it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ is the answer I always give to them.

This is because this food will be suitable for some and unsuitable for others. For instance, if you are someone with high cholesterol levels, then you may have to tread carefully with this one because feta cheese has got high cholesterol content.

On the other hand if you want to maintain a good bone structure, then this is just what you want, on account of its high calcium content.

Feta cheese is also known to be high in riboflavin, vitamin B12 and phosphorus all of which are desirable.
You may also watch out for the fact that it has got high sodium levels as well as saturated fat.
